JOB SUMMARY
The Inventory Control Associate maintains the organization, proper rotation, and accuracy of the inventory. This is a hands-on role for inventory control and will work closely with the Quality Control department to minimize shrink.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily cycle counts with perpetual inventory
- Daily checks on dated inventory and rotation
- Research inventory discrepancies and adjusts variances
- Process inventory transfers and other adjustments requested by Merchandising department
- Research short sheet discrepancies
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
High School Diploma or G.E.D
Experience
Entry Level Position
Skills
- Proficient computer skills with emphasis on Word and Excel
- Basic mathematical operations (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented
