The Manager, Sales Strategy & Analytics is responsible for …
Duties and Responsibilities:
High level of focus on top CMU customers
Support the planning and development of strategic projects relating to the growth initiatives
Provide project management support, and objective analysis and decision support on special projects
Act as liaison for relevant critical initiatives, and help develop and measure implementation plans to ensure the right level of focus and accountability (direct BT contact)
Provide strategic insights and customized analytics to support the sales teams (National and Local levels)
Data maintenance & Reporting Requests
Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
Experience Preferred:
5+ Years in similar role
Technical Skills and Abilities:
Solid analytical problem-solving skills, including familiarity with analyzing reports & deriving insights from data.
Advanced knowledge in Excel and data manipulation.
Learn quickly when facing new challenges; thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible; readily accepts change; open to new ideas.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with internal and external teams.
Excellent organizational and project management skills including the ability to execute multiple initiatives at the same time.
Proactive, self-directed, with the ability to structure a weekly schedule to be successful.
