This role supports the end-to-end administration of customer agreements—including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), amendments, Letters of Participation (LOPs), and Letters of Termination (LOTs)—ensuring documentation is properly reviewed, validated, recorded, and maintained in accordance with internal policies and compliance standards. Beyond transactional execution, this role plays a critical part in delivering a high-quality customer experience. The Specialist must apply sound judgment to prioritize work, adapt to changing priorities, and make decisions that balance compliance requirements with customer needs. This includes proactively identifying when exceptions or escalations are necessary to achieve positive customer outcomes.

JOB SUMMARY
The Specialist, GPO Administration is responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of customer contract workflows and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) member affiliation processes. This role supports the end-to-end administration of customer agreements—including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), amendments, Letters of Participation (LOPs), and Letters of Termination (LOTs)—ensuring documentation is properly reviewed, validated, recorded, and maintained in accordance with internal policies and compliance standards.
Beyond transactional execution, this role plays a critical part in delivering a high-quality customer experience. The Specialist must apply sound judgment to prioritize work, adapt to changing priorities, and make decisions that balance compliance requirements with customer needs. This includes proactively identifying when exceptions or escalations are necessary to achieve positive customer outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enters customer contracts including MSAs, renewals and amendments into Icertis and Open Text.
- Ensure GPO contract and affiliation data is accurately recorded in internal systems. Monitor compliance with contractual terms and GPO program requirements. Support internal audits and reporting related to contracts and affiliations. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Respond to internal inquiries related to customer agreements and GPO membership status.
- Provides training and support to colleagues related to contract management and GPO administration.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field of study or job experience, preferred
- HS diploma required
Experience
- 1-3 Years working in the food service industry, preferably in Sales Operations
- Salesforce experience, Microsoft Office, experience with AS400 and mainframe data entry.
Professional Skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, including Salesforce (preferred), with ability to accurately manage customer affiliation data and contract records.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word for data management, reporting, and communication
- Experience managing high-volume, queue-based workflows with defined SLAs and audit requirements
- Ability to maintain high data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems of record
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and customer onboarding systems (preferred)
- Ability to navigate service portals and ticketing systems for request initiation and tracking
- Basic data analysis skills, including the ability to review records, identify discrepancies, and support reporting needs
- Understanding of customer hierarchy structures, account linking, and affiliation models within CRM systems.
- Ability to balance policy compliance with customer needs to achieve the best possible outcome
- Skilled in handling customer inquiries, issues, and escalations with professionalism and urgency
- Proactively identifies opportunities to improve customer processes and reduce friction points
- Ability to make sound, timely decisions within defined guidelines and governance frameworks
- Strong judgment in prioritizing competing requests based on customer impact and business urgency
- Recognizes when exceptions or escalations are required and navigates approval processes effectively
- Comfortable adapting priorities in real time to respond to critical customer needs
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally (Sales, Legal, Operations, Customer Success)
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex processes into understandable updates for stakeholders
