Job Profile Summary The NCOB Lead is responsible for the end-to-end project management of concurrent new customer onboardings, of varying size and complexity, for multi-unit contract customers. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end management onboarding customers to Sysco.

  • Customer facing communications (written & verbal) for status, progress, barriers, & escalations.

  • Responsible for escalating barriers and coordinating solutions to ensure a quality onboarding.

  • Responsible for communicating and representing the end-to-end onboarding process to internal partners and external customers.

  • Responsible for documenting critical to customer and critical-to-business documents during the onboarding event.

Education Required:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Education Preferred:

  • Bachelors Degree in business, sales, marketing or related field

Experience Required:

  • 5 Years Coordinating / Leading / Supporting Cross-Functional Projects

Experience Preferred:

  • 5+ Years Coordinating / Leading / Supporting Cross-Functional Projects, SCRUM/AGILE Background, Scheduling, Informal Leadership, Formal Leadership

Licenses/Certifications Preferred:

  • Project Management Professional (PMI), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM), Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Technical Skills and Abilities:

  • Informal Leadership, Written Communications, Verbal Communications, Attention to Detail, Proficient Using MS Office Products (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, & Excel), SharePoint, Salesforce, Teams, Confluence, Virtual Work Experience, Managing Timelines, Organization, Initiative, Risk Management, Time Management, Prioritization, Problem Solving, Adaptability, Familiarity with Sysco Systems, Sysco Organization Structures.
