Job Profile Summary Responsible for managing or performing work in some/all of the following areas: • Analysis of internal financial information (e.g., profit loss accounts, financial statements, working capital, costs, prices, expenses, revenues, rates of return, etc.) • Financial evaluation and modeling of potential investment opportunities, impacts of financial transactions and corporate development activities • Analysis of external economic conditions and their impact on business operations (e.g., inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, etc.) • Mergers & Acquisition transaction execution (e.g., strategy, due diligence, negotiation, definitive documentation, and integration)

JOB SUMMARY
Support strategies to help drive increased profitability, process efficiency, reduce costs and overall business improvement. Partner with leadership to deliver financial and strategic results through the utilization of Financial Planning & Analysis of best practices. Support corporate FP&A (financial planning & analysis) processes, initiatives and reporting within Operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate annual AOP (Annual Operating Plan) process and tools
- Deploy NetSuite, tools, and processing across the organization
- Support monthly business review for corporate
- Financial modeling and ad hoc analytics
- Plan and accomplish BPC (business planning & consolidation) file uploads for Sysco financials
- Develop, and deploy tools and processes across the organization as business defines
- Perform other duties as assigned
- VBA, Excel/macros, Tableau, interpret data from dashboards
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- MBA Degree or CPA preferred
Experience
- 3+ years of Financial or business-related analysis experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Professional Skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal skills and broad knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with a diverse group of people
- Must be able to work on multiple projects concurrently and capable of working with little direct supervision
