Manages or performs work associated with the efficient transportation of materials and products from origin to the destination.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifying and selecting the most appropriate and cost-effective transportation.
• Controlling and tracking critical material transportation.
• Establishing emergency plans.
• Analyzing current transportation operations practices to determine process and cost improvement opportunities.
