Job Profile Summary Responsible for the quality of processes and product outputs. Activities include: • Defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for a service or manufactured material, component, or product. • Auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of processes or outputs, either against defined internal and/or regulatory standards. • Product integrity testing, coloring, fitting and pattern and wet processing to ensure orders are in compliance with corporate/customers' quality requirements. • Reporting on process deviations and defects.

Description

JOB SUMMARY:
This is a finance position that is responsible for salvaging, recouping and repacking products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assess and sort all damaged products for recouping.
  • Collaborate directly with warehouse management to control shrink.
  • Cooperate indirectly with merchandising to ensure proper packaging from vendors.
  • Assist with developing a reconciliation program.
  • Work with inventory control to assist in reducing company shrink.
  • Keep the area clean and neat at all times.


QUALIFICATIONS
Education

  • High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalent preferred.


Experience

  • 1-3 months of related warehouse distribution experience preferred.


Requirements

  • 18+ years of age
  • Submit to pre-employment testing (Drug Screen, Background Check).


Professional Skills

  • Able to read, write and communicate effectively, as it relates to the job and the safety regulations.
  • Can read a limited number of two and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.
  • Able to print and speak simple sentences.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Computer skills.
  • Capable of applying common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

  • Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to handle, feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
