SUMMARY

Responsible for coordination of projects, tracking orders and follow up on details of the project from start to finish.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Required:

  •  High School Diploma or GED equivalent, must have experience working in the construction industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and Outlook) and database systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, proven organizational, critical thinking and administrative skills
  • Keen attention to detail and strong time-management.

Preferred:

  •  Experience with Procore, Smartsheet, Bluebeam, PlanGrid

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Distribution & tracking of submittals and change orders with approved timelines.
  • Set up project platforms (Plangrid, Smartsheet) and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Create close out documents for assigned projects as well as schedule and coordinate start-ups and Owner trainings.
  • Report to internal team- OCIP, CCIP and Public Works document compliance with sub-contractors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
