This role would support the Commercial Services Transformation in transitioning work to our global service delivery model as well as supporting operational business process, policies, and the technology that enables Directs Contract Management which includes Pricing & Agreements, USDA, Customer Disputes & Controlled Pricing workstreams. This group is responsible for the administration of Price Rules and customer agreements for all USBL pricing, around 20 billion dollars of sales for all CMU and LCC business. - Provide strategic direction and set goals for all workstreams within Pricing and Agreements - Accountable for effective service delivery as defined in the SBS Performance Measurement System - Responsible for meeting all service agreements, customer expectations and goals for continuous improvement - Responsible for managing expense portfollio of $6M - Execute transformation roadmap for Pricing and Agreements

JOB SUMMARY

This role is responsible to assist in opportunity areas as defined by the Commercial Services Transformation Leadership.  This role would support the Commercial Services Transformation in transitioning work to our global service delivery model as well as supporting operational business process, policies, and the technology that enables Commercial Services.  As issues and opportunities are identified, the Commercial Transformation Analyst would work with Corporate, Operating Companies and the SBS operations team to assist with analyzing and interpreting MSA’s, implementing price rules, assisting with DPM customer set up. In addition, the analyst will also be responsible for data analysis, and project management for special projects to support commercial services.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders in all levels and areas

  • Leads service areas planning, goal setting and budgeting processes

  • Troubleshoots escalated issues, makes decisions, communicates and escalates to the SBS Service Delivery Lead as appropriate

  • Directs and support development of performance metrics

  • Manage stakeholder relationships with senior leaders at Corporate, in the Field and across functional groups

  • Manage and coach direct reports; lead and participate in performance management processes; provide feedback and counseling as needed

  • Provide coaching to team members for performing root-cause analysis and methods to improve

  • Directs the Pricing & Agreements group and has overall responsibility for the effective performance of all processes, tasks, and objectives; Champions and is accountable for all transformation and service improvement initiatives; Develops approaches to achieve organizational goals

  • Improves current services

  • Identifies new service opportunities and risks

Experience/Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required  

  • Strong knowledge of Pricing and Agreements, specifically; price rules, DPM, deviated agreements. Knowledge in USDA, CPAS a plus.

  • 7+ years progressive experience in related profit management or contract agreement functions with responsibility for managing and delivering to agreed upon service levels plus

  • At least 5 years experience managing multiple direct reports and departments.

  • Process oriented with an understanding of business process improvement methods, change management and project management
