Job Profile Summary The Senior Analyst, Contract Sales Enablement will join a team that will be responsible for helping Sysco transform how we enable our contract sales organizations in North America through industry-leading best practices and tools. This role is part of the National Sales Execution team and works closely with the Sr. Managers, Contract Sales Enablement. Specifically, this role will be responsible for supporting the development and ongoing enhancement of the sales processes for the National and Field Contract Sales team, helping to estimate potential value (growth and profitability) within contract business, support technology definition requirements and design, and build training content to enable National Sales Strategy in our field contract sales organization

Job Summary
The Senior Analyst, Contract Sales Enablement will join a team that will be responsible for helping Sysco transform how we enable our contract sales organizations in North America through industry-leading best practices and tools.This role is part of the National Sales Execution team and works closely with the Sr. Managers, Contract Sales Enablement.
Specifically, this role will be responsible for supporting the development and ongoing enhancement of the sales processes for the National and Field Contract Sales team, helping to estimate potential value (growth and profitability) within contract business, support technology definition requirements and design, and build training content to enable National Sales Strategy in our field contract sales organization
Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner with National Sales Enablement Sr. Managers to develop communication, training, and deployment plans to support sales processes and capability building efforts
Build and test standard sales processes for national and field contract sales associates to enable customer retention, penetration, and profitability.
Support the design of CRM system to enable defined sales processes; create training materials on sales processes and CRM enhancements for use by the National Sales and field contract sales organization
Engage National and Field Contract Sales colleagues to gain feedback, pressure test new enhancements and ensure adoption of processes and tools
Support market sizing and sales opportunity identification process across National Sales Segments and Regional Contract Sales accounts
Education Required:
High School diploma or equivalent
Education Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field of study or equivalent job experience
Experience Required:
4 years of experience working in sales enablement, data analysis, and/or research
Experience Preferred:
Previous foodservice experience, specifically in multi-unit sales; Experience in applying change management and adoption methods
Technical Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrated capability for strategy, processes, capabilities, enabling technologies, and measurement.
Quantitative problem-solver; analytical thinker who can draw conclusions from multiple data sources; working knowledge of database access and reporting; Experience in Tableau, Salesforce or Microsoft preferred
Able to effectively support complex projects; embraces change and the challenge to innovate that comes with it
Collaborative team player who works well across corporate and field functional area to achieve positive results
Extremely versatile, with a dedication to efficient productivity
Strong written and oral communication skills; polished presentation skills in front of an executive audience
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, data connections, macros and automation)
Intermediate PowerPoint skills (e.g., ability to develop storylines utilizing a structured approach and supported with data using optimal exhibits and charts)
